The Challenge

Raja attends two or three trade events per year at the NEC and Excel. In 2019, they approached us to find a reliable and consistent supplier that could install a re-useable solution over these events, rather than have to find a new solution each and every time an event was booked. The kit needed to be re-branded easily, to be in sync with the current product catalogue style but also fit in with the exhibition budget RAJA had set themselves. This is where Nomadic Display come in.  Our range of options for display stands lends itself to versatility in both appearance and event requirements. So, when RAJA asked for help, we knew we could meet and exceed their expectations.

 

Display Stand Requirements

The display needed to be tall enough to have an impact at the show – at least 3m. It also needed lots of counter space for products, as well as storage in the form of shelving. Two products needed custom counters, to enable a product to be demonstrated. There were both corner booths and back wall booths booked so it needed to adapt between the two spaces.

Our Solution

Our Instand pop-up stands range offered a 3.1m tall backwall, that was used to create the height required. The modularity of the system meant the display could be reused for future use. These walls can also be easily re-branded to be in sync with the current product brochure.  Counters and shelving were used to display products.

Starlight has its own production facility the custom elements were easily created to the exact requirements, including wire management and cut-outs for access to pedals that operate the machine. The custom-designed counters with shelving were produced using an adaptation of the standard Evolve modular counters.

Then once the event is over, our dedicated show service crew that also delivered and installed the stand will carefully take it down meaning none of the stand sales team has to worry about anything else other than finalising sales, following up on leads and resting after a busy day of interaction and demonstration!
