Project/ Show Services Co-ordinator

Key Role: Effectively manage client projects through the Organisation, from brief to delivery of goods.  Provide support to the Projects team as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing key client projects that have a Show Services requirement.
  • Responsible for coordinating full information required to fulfil project, either from a Display Consultant or dealing directly with the client.
  • Liaising with external suppliers to obtain quotations for show services.
  • Ensure effective communication with all parties as the project progresses.
  • Ensure each project is delivered to the highest quality and on time.
  • Ensure a speedy and mutually satisfactory solution is found for each account query and actively take part in the problem solving process.
  • When required attend onsite set-up (both UK & overseas) as a main client contact to ensure smooth running of project if required and or help with build.
  • When required provide outside of business hours support to the installation team via mobile telephone.
  • Support sales by answering phones and dealing with customer queries
  • Daily administration using IT systems.
  • Support the graphics team by processing of graphic only related orders.

 Show Services Key Responsibilities (when required):

  • Assist with the prebuild of the displays in Nomadic Showroom

 Additional Responsibilities (when required evenings /weekends):

  • Drive company van to and from exhibition venues when required
  • Assisting in loading & unloading of equipment.
  • Ensure all set ups / breakdowns are completed to the agreed design within agreed deadlines.
  • Liase with Onsite contractors to ensure all “sub-contracted services” are completed to agreed specifications. 

Education:  5 GCSE C Grade or above.

Experience:  Experience within a similar role of multi-tasking within an administration role in a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and multi task effectively.
  • Analytical, with a thorough approach and excellent eye for detail.

  • Good judgement and problem solving skills; solution provider.

Casual Show Services Installation Operative

Key Role:  To ensure on site installation and breakdown of exhibition stand in accordance with agreed deadlines when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing pre-builds of displays at our offices
  • Drive company van to and from exhibition venues when required
  • Assisting in loading & unloading of equipment.
  • Build and dismantle modular display stands at venues across UK and Europe within agreed time fames.
  • Liaise with onsite contractors to ensure all sub-contracted services are completed to agreed specifications.
  • Notify Projects Manager of any problems during setup/breakdown.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure smooth delivery of all installations
  • Support all areas of Show Services & Warehouse if requested.
  • Submission of completed weekly time sheets for approval by line manger

Education:  Minimum secondary level qualifications desirable.


  • Clean Driving license – No driving disqualifications within last 5 years.
  • Practical experience advantageous (product training will be given)
  • Valid passport for European travel
